DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement has been established electronically between the SELLER and the BUYER, whose information is provided below.

BUYER:
The buyer's name, surname, address, and contact information are the details declared during the order.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website or sales platform.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the purchased products are as stated on the order page.

4. Product Delivery

The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER during the order.
Unless otherwise stated, the shipping fee belongs to the BUYER.

The ordered product will be shipped as soon as possible, not exceeding the legal period of 30 days.

5. Payment

The BUYER agrees to pay the product price with the payment method selected during the order.
The order will not be processed until the payment is completed.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason. (Excluding personalized products)

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified in writing or by email within this period.

For the product under the right of withdrawal to be:

unused
in a resellable condition
its original packaging undamaged

is required.

7. Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

Personalized products
Products unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons
Used products or products that have lost their resellable quality

8. Return Process

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product is returned to the SELLER.
The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days after the product reaches the SELLER.

9. General Provisions

The BUYER accepts that they have read and understood all information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product they purchased, and has given the necessary approval electronically.

10. Authorized Court

In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the T.R. Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts are authorized in cases exceeding these limits.

11. Effectiveness

By approving the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
